What Is The HORSESHOE BAY "Maintenance Fund"?
The Maintenance Fund is the entity created to collect and distribute the maintenance fees.
HOW IS MY ANNUAL MAINTENANCE FEE USED?
The Governing Documents for your Homeowners/Property Owners Association defines how the Maintenance Fees are used. For further details please contact your specific Homeowners/Property Owners Association office.
Am I Required To Pay An Annual Maintenance Fee?
Yes, as outlined in your Homeowners/Property Owners Association Governing Documents.

Maintenance Fees can increase or decrease based on the Consumer Price Index each year. Maintenance Fees are billed annually each year in October or December for the upcoming year and are due by January 1st of the applicable year. Fees that are not paid by June 30th of the applicable year will have a lien placed on the property and be charge an administration fee.

How Can I Pay The Annual Maintenance Fee?
You can make payment via check, money order, wire, credit card or cash.
Check or Money order can be mailed to PO Box 8636 Horseshoe Bay, TX 78657 or dropped off at 6909 FM2147, Suite 103A, Horseshoe Bay, TX 78657
Bill Pay can be set up through your bank account. Please make sure your account/lot number is noted on the check and use our PO Box 8636 Horseshoe Bay, TX 78657 mailing address.

Credit Cards can be done by clicking the "Online Credit Card Payment" box below or by calling us at 830.598.9850. Please note there is a 3.5% convenience fee.

Please note that accounts will be assessed a $5.00 fee for each partial payment received. Note:TFP = Transaction Fee Payment.

MAINTENANCE CERTIFICATE REQUEST
Maintenance Certificate Request
All requests will need to be on the below form and emailed to maintenancefund@gmail.com. Maintenance Certificates will be emailed back to the requester according to the below schedule:

Regular Request - will be sent within 5 business days after payment has been received. The fee for regular request is $50.00.
​
Rush Request – will be sent same day if request and payment is received by 3pm. Any request and payment after 3pm will be sent the following business day. The fee for rush request is $100.00.
​
Subordination Request - will be sent within 5 business days after payment has been received. The fee for subordination request is $50.00.
